Stage 3 & Custom Tune

Bespoke calibration, standalone control.

Stage 3 is where mass-market calibration ends and true engineering begins. Hybrid turbos, forged internals, methanol injection, standalone ECUs — every build is a one-off and every map is written from a blank sheet. We work only with fully-briefed customers and only when the hardware is verified.

Who is Stage 3 for?

Enthusiasts and track-day drivers with a completed hardware build — typically a hybrid turbo, forged bottom-end, uprated fuelling, standalone or hybrid ECU. It's not a car you daily-drive to work; it's a purpose-built weapon.

What ECUs do you support?

Bosch (VAG, Volvo, Porsche), Continental (Ford, PSA), Denso (Toyota, Mazda, Subaru), Siemens (BMW, PSA), and standalone platforms including Emerald K6, Life Racing F88/F250, MaxxECU, EcuMaster and Motec.

How is a Stage 3 map built?

Pre-tune inspection and health-check, cold-start & idle mapping, part-throttle sweep, then full-load pulls verified with wideband AFR, EGT (where fitted), knock and boost data. Every map is documented and archived under your VIN.

Stage 3 & Custom Tune · FAQ

How long does a Stage 3 tune take?

One to three days depending on complexity, hardware verification and the tuning environment we agree with you.

Do you tune on your own dyno?

No — we're a fully mobile operation. For high-power builds we book time at a partner rolling road or work at your chosen facility.

Is it road-legal?

Depends on emissions hardware retained. Many Stage 3 builds are off-road/track-only. We advise honestly on your specific project.
