Mercedes-Benz remapping.
OM654/OM651 diesels and the AMG petrols — refined torque, mapped on your driveway.
Tuning your Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes diesels like the OM654 (C220d, E220d, GLC) respond extremely well to a Stage 1 remap, gaining smooth, strong mid-range torque that suits the cars perfectly, usually with the same or better cruising economy. The AMG 2.0 and 4.0 petrols are a different, thrilling discipline. All work is VIN-specific, matched to the 9G-Tronic where fitted, and verified on a logged drive.
Mercedes-Benz models we tune
A/B/CLA, C-Class, E-Class, GLA/GLB/GLC and V-Class/Vito in OM651/OM654 diesel and the 1.3/2.0 petrols, plus AMG 35/43/45/63 models. 9G-Tronic TCU calibration available alongside the engine map.
Don't see your exact model below? It's almost certainly still a job we do — send your registration on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the stock figures, realistic Stage 1 gains and a fixed price, then bring the tune to your driveway anywhere across the East Midlands.
Stage 1 or Stage 2 for your Mercedes-Benz?
For a standard Mercedes-Benz, Stage 1 is almost always the right choice — it's written for your factory hardware and gives the best balance of gain, reliability and cost, with no parts to buy. Stage 2 only makes sense once you've fitted a downpipe, a sports cat, an uprated intercooler or an induction kit, because the file is written to exploit that extra airflow. We'll tell you honestly which suits your car and your goals; if you upgrade later, the Stage 1 price is credited against Stage 2. Either way the map is bespoke to your exact engine, never a generic flash.
What every Mercedes-Benz remap includes
Every job starts with a full OBD health check and a live-data baseline log, so we only ever tune a car that's fit to be tuned. We then read and archive your original ECU file to two places, write the VIN-specific calibration, and verify it on a logged road test on your local roads — watching boost, fuelling, timing and temperatures in real time. You get a before/after summary, a 30-day peace-of-mind warranty and your original file kept safe for a return to factory any time. It's all fully mobile, with a fixed price agreed from your registration before we book, and no call-out charge across our East Midlands service area.

Mercedes C220d
The OM651 C220d is detuned from the same hardware as the C250d, so a Stage 1 safely closes that gap and more. The result is a far more relaxed motorway car — stronger in-gear acceleration and fewer downshifts from the 9-speed.
Mercedes-Benz remapping · FAQ
Yes, when calibrated correctly within factory tolerances. We health-check the car first — EGR, DPF and AdBlue system — and write the map to suit, not to chase a headline number.
Yes — the M139 2.0 and M177 4.0 V8 respond strongly. Stage 1 is software; bigger gains need matching hardware, which we'll advise on honestly.
A correct road-legal remap keeps all emissions hardware working. We never recommend removing emissions equipment on a road car.
