Ford remapping.

EcoBoost petrol, EcoBlue diesel and the ST/RS hot hatches — vans and performance alike.

Tuning your Ford

Ford is one of the broadest brands we cover, from working EcoBlue vans to the EcoBoost ST and RS hot hatches. The 2.0 EcoBlue in the Transit Custom and Ranger is deliberately throttled on lower-output variants, so a Stage 1 unlocks a lot of usable torque; the 1.5 and 2.3 EcoBoost petrols in the Fiesta ST, Focus ST and Mustang respond brilliantly to a proper calibration. All work is mobile and logged.

Ford models we tune

Fiesta ST (1.5 & 1.6 EcoBoost), Focus ST & RS, Puma ST, Mustang 2.3 & 5.0, Transit Custom, Transit, Ranger (2.0 & 3.2), Transit Connect and the 1.0 EcoBoost range. Stage 2 hardware-matched maps available for the ST/RS platforms.

Don't see your exact model below? It's almost certainly still a job we do — send your registration on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the stock figures, realistic Stage 1 gains and a fixed price, then bring the tune to your driveway anywhere across the East Midlands.

Stage 1 or Stage 2 for your Ford?

For a standard Ford, Stage 1 is almost always the right choice — it's written for your factory hardware and gives the best balance of gain, reliability and cost, with no parts to buy. Stage 2 only makes sense once you've fitted a downpipe, a sports cat, an uprated intercooler or an induction kit, because the file is written to exploit that extra airflow. We'll tell you honestly which suits your car and your goals; if you upgrade later, the Stage 1 price is credited against Stage 2. Either way the map is bespoke to your exact engine, never a generic flash.

What every Ford remap includes

Every job starts with a full OBD health check and a live-data baseline log, so we only ever tune a car that's fit to be tuned. We then read and archive your original ECU file to two places, write the VIN-specific calibration, and verify it on a logged road test on your local roads — watching boost, fuelling, timing and temperatures in real time. You get a before/after summary, a 30-day peace-of-mind warranty and your original file kept safe for a return to factory any time. It's all fully mobile, with a fixed price agreed from your registration before we book, and no call-out charge across our East Midlands service area.

Featured Ford builds

Diesel · 2016–2023

Ford Transit Custom

130 → 170 bhp · 385 → 430 Nm
Stage 1 £300 – £375

The Transit Custom is our most-booked van. The 130 PS EcoBlue is deliberately throttled compared with the 170 variant, so a Stage 1 unlocks a huge amount — more torque when loaded, less gear-hunting on the A52/A38 and typically a few extra MPG on the daily run.

Petrol · 2018–2023 (Mk8)

Ford Fiesta ST

200 → 230 bhp · 290 → 340 Nm
Stage 1 £300 – £350

The Mk8 Fiesta ST is a Stage 1 favourite in Nottingham and Derby — the 1.5 EcoBoost has plenty of headroom and the car gains a much stronger mid-range without losing the crisp throttle Ford built in. Stage 2 with an intake and intercooler is a popular next step.

Diesel · 2019–2022 (T6 facelift / Wildtrak / Raptor)

Ford Ranger 2.0 EcoBlue

213 → 250 bhp · 500 → 560 Nm
Stage 1 £325 – £400

The bi-turbo 2.0 Ranger carries a lot of weight and tows a lot more. A Stage 1 adds 60 Nm low down and sharpens the throttle so the 10-speed auto isn't constantly shuffling. Popular with farmers and trades around Newark, Mansfield and Loughborough.

Ford remapping · FAQ

Can you remap a 130 PS Transit Custom to 170 PS?

Yes — the EcoBlue hardware is shared across the range, so a Stage 1 safely takes a 130 to around 170 bhp and a 105 to around 150 bhp, with more torque when loaded.

Do you tune the Fiesta ST and Focus ST?

Absolutely — two of our most popular petrol platforms. Stage 1 is software-only; Stage 2 is written to match a downpipe, intake or intercooler with logged proof.

Will an EcoBlue remap help MPG?

Usually 2–4 mpg on a mixed run, because the van no longer needs revving to pull. Driven hard or fully loaded, consumption is similar to stock.
